I tend to agree ... The large 'stag' that instos will make is too tempting for them - thats why there was a 92% take-up rate. Bear in mind that the instos already have their stock & the damage will be done well before any retail holder can do anything about it. I dont think ORG will trade near $4 tomorrow but I do believe $5 & over is overly optimistic.
For me, I intend to sell my entitlements worth of stock out of my ordinarys holding at the best price tomorrow. Then take-up the rights at $4 or maybe even lower than that if it comes to pass. I do realise that the dilution is a big problem & with the greatly reduced yield, I may even exit the stock completely & find better value elsewhere.
