The theoretical price after increase in capital is about 5.30 AUD. based on closing MC of 6789 Million AUD prior to TH. Anything below that is a bonus for those looking to buy.
Note that at 20 cents per share that equates to Yield of 3.77%. My guess is the BB for shreholders not taking up their entitlements will support the price. Unfortunately for RH they may not have same capital access to take up their rights which may mean additional selling to allow them sufficient funding to take up their rights. My guess is it will trade initially between 5 to 5.30.
If it goes below 5 I may be tempted to buy this stock.
