Re heat and sun. I gather you are starting to run, think along these lines friend, when you run to your pace you do not Sweat.

Running in the sun is the key to good Health, but people talk about Skin cancer.

Note Danish people do not Get Skin cancer, But when you talk about Running , note the trick.

over A 5 mile race, you stick with the pack, so imagine we have covered 3 miles, you go up another Gear, THEN LOOK AT THOSE few runners up ahead. lets say there are five there. you take one at a time.

Note when you pass each runner , take a quick look at there faces, then note the look .
