Whatever happened to the US Pivotal Trial that was suppose to start actively recruiting patients in Q32015 (as per investor presentaion in June2015). So let me think, within the next 3 months I'm going to recruit patients for my trial... 5 months on and ZERO (hey just like the pivotal trial that had apparently commenced in 2014? and the one that was suppose to begin in 2005?) patients have been recruited and ZERO hospitals have agreed to participate in the trial... Where's the delay announcement?
Times running out for OSL to make another IDE application to meet the in Q4 approval target... they'll need a successful IDE before they can start importing the Oncosil class III device (as determined by the regulators... although most companies just look up the FDA chart themselves to determine what class device they have) into the US, let alone using it in a hospital setting on patients... the FDA promises to send out an acceptance/rejection email within 30 days of submission of an IDE application.
