    I believe its a poor offer for such a high potential company.

    SP down close to 7% on day of announcement

    It will be interesting to see if the Directors look out for the interests of the shareholders and push for a better price..... but it looks like they have been in closed negotiations for quite some time...

    Am i the only one that feels cheated by this one?
