By any chance are you in South Australia @ddzx ? I'm not familiar with "ergon" etc but I understand the costs are increasing exponentially due to the renewable energy sector...and the impact of selling off the silver ware to private Business man, there were agreements to provide security to investors with inflationary margins along side the mark up of Powerline/wire/ road side maintenance!
Check out the water charges also if your in SA...Its an extortion racket.. SA Water are supplementing the Governments forward earnings expenditure!
