    I've used bigpond cable & dsl at two different residences over the past several years, never had any serious problems.

    Think you need to get your head straight about telstra/bigpond, we do not use bigpond HOME for work, we use telstra internet, a 2MB BDSL Link, 99.9% GUARANTEED uptime, has iiNet offered any level of guaranteed service?
