Worth noting that the majority of escrow shares (nearly 39 million) don't come out of escrow till Oct 2016 but 12 million are due out Friday. Note that the 39 mill come out 2 years from date of requotation (16th Oct 2016) but the 12 mill come out 1 year from date of  issue (9th Oct 2015)

This won't necessarily be a bad thing. The people who hold the escrowed shares are the ones closest to the company and if they believe half of what gets said here on HC then why wouldn't they hold on......but it is worth noting that the SP has tracked sideways now for about 5 weeks. Some might think that looks like a topping pattern.......but all I am saying is that IF it starts tanking from Friday (or even sooner if there is a preemptive exit) then you will know why......not saying it will tank just saying IF.
