As the largest institutional shareholder, it has to be said the efficiency
of Denver Investments exit strategy was very, very well done.
With the sp fall recently Chairman Donald McLay was quick to step in and Buy @ $9.375 for $0.5m as was a non-exec @ 9.45 for 25k on 02OCT.
Donald Sold $3m for circa $10.00 AUG/SEP last year.
So the director buys could be seen to prop up the share price rather than accumulation, maybe worth considering a wait gap before picking up/topping up from here.
In the metrics its got to be hard to sustain the sales growth, working capital and run
CCP has had the last 5 years with SP up over 220%, not bad at all. Thanks and GLTA.
