George that would come down to the range he acquired. Us Aussies would have been safe but how long before he acquired the ability to strike say 'Europe'. 1 year, maybe 5 years. Doesnt matter cause now he cant and that is what matters. And I so hope the USA goes after anyone else who builds, or more importantly, wants to build these same abilities because the Russians, Germans, French and many others I'm sure, will find a new market to sell these instruments of death.
