I am saying he's not a licensed NY lawyer or CPA as the company press release says - unless of course both databases just happened to make the mistake of not including him. Maybe it's not a lie. I said before that maybe somebody else wrote the bio. Look at the two vastly different descriptions between the announcement when he became CFO and the announcement when he became CEO. They certainly would support the position that whoever did them didn't know much about what they were saying. For all I know maybe NC doesn't know that being in the AICPA and a couple of bar associations doesn't make him a CPA or a lawyer. Anything's possible. Looks odd to me but no, I'm not calling him a liar. However, you are the one who has called me a liar repeatedly and with absolutely no evidence. Seems like you're pretty hung up on the word.
