You are completely incorrect. As I pointed out, the reciprocity provisions allow, in certain circumstances, for accounting professionals licensed in other jurisdictions to get a LICENSE in a U.S. state without taking the full exam or doing all the required U.S. coursework. It doesn't allow them to just show up and start practicing accounting wherever and however they want. If you're going to link this stuff please read it. If an accounting professional uses the U.S. reciprocity provisions it causes them to be licensed and they go in the database. You're entitled to your own opinion but not your own facts.
