I wouldn't risk a brass razoo on this foggy operation. Spending more than they are earning, not reaching their constantly downgraded guidance, my interpretation is that the announcements are total gobbledegook as if written by some dodgy politician - Disallowed at it's best.

Continual pumping of this share by people with their own agenda which will likely fall off a cliff once the wet season arrives (if not earlier).

My forecast is a credit raise before end of year.
