Everywhere I drive on southside of bris , I see units , shops, houses being built, Land clearing everywhere , New estates such as Yarabbila 80000 people , South Caloundra 100.000, Gainsbourgh greens 15000, etc etc. Sold signs everywhere, Its a boom for sure and plenty of tradies jobs and labouring jobs available AT THE MOMENT! Twenty two ads for painters in local paper ! so the conclusion is that its hot! at this moment in time!!?
