Given they carry no debt banks not calling the shots on divies. They have plenty of franking credits per the tax statement (they make a tax profit and pay tax).
They paid a decent dividend last year on a reduced from prospectus profit. Even if they pay half what they did last year to date or 3.2cents that is a decent return for those entering the market now. Grossed up that's 13%+.
At current prices (I believe will fluctuate down and up by 15% over the coming month) the company appears good value.
Hopefully the strategic review will get some quality board members hired (like vocatuon did). Based on media reports the growth prospects were pretty lofty and hard to achieve unless all ducks were aligned.
I have invested a hefty sum (for me) and plan to outlay more if the price drops sub 28 cents. We have seen only up days on the Ords so will be interesting what happens when we get a shocker.
