Hey sector from sunshine coast -northern nsw is experiencing rapid growth ATM...
Unbelievable some of these predictions really as if some of the bears had of bought in these area's could be sitting on 20%-60% profit from 2013-2015... Its all about seizing the moment and doing some research about likely boom areas.. The region mentioned above has only come to life the last 15months...
My area sold 800+ blocks of beachside land in just over 13months yup I reckon the market is going to tank hey ....
Maybe in area's like WA where the mining boom has ceased...And land is available everywhere is a risk ...
Melbourne/Sydney city where the prices are just insane and way over the top may we see a decline but not burst... Maybe even just go sideways for a few years from what im hearing from numerous sources...
