A director converted options that were given to her at a price of 20c and 23c in exchange for shares worth 1.17 each. Effectively a bonus to her of 1m dollars in 18 months.
how could you possibly insinuate a comment that somehow something else might be in the wings because off it? Don't you think we would see Loxton and co convert all theirs if that were the case?
