Those convertible note holder only gave MBN 55M USD borrowing and will more than double the return for a 4 years loan so I don't know why they are complaining about????? it's the other share holders that did the swap but didn't take up on the convertible notes and us/Wellington that are stuffed if MBN is liquated at a low value.

The note holder did give mbn a total 100m in funding during doca and as part of overall restruture in the last round. just the funds was received in 3 different installment.

But looking good as the price of ni is heading up.

Only 2 weeks till the next meeting.
