The 45m and 55m got package together in the process of restructure and form the 100m loan which then cn was issued and as per 2014 financial they received 100m.

It is not easy to understand all these mumbo jumbo.

Pesonally, I much perfer the cn to be paid out of net profit close to maturity.

Will just have to wait for the report from va and if management had broken any rules, va is obliged to reporr them to asic. It is at this point one should decide if class action is the right approach.
