there is the small matter of the class action being taken against Ash by IMF Group.
Investors in the IPO have been invited to join
What's interesting about this class action is that IMF is taking all the risk onto itself (no costs to shareholders in the case of a no-win in court). So they must be pretty confident of their case.
Does anyone know how much they are suing for, and what is the potential downside to Ash if they lose?
