    I keep on reading about this 'Binding Finance Agreement' with Sinoma, how can it be binding if the terms
    of finance are not know, ie Interest Rate%, Duration of Loan, Security over Loan, what happens MNS can't service the Loan or there is a delay in completing construction? Could anyone in the know advise.
