voting rights are equal for all classes of shares, 1 ADR gets you 20 votes.
The registry company will issue voting/proxy forms tomorrow.
I seem to recall though there was a separate registry for the Nasdaq ADR's, just can't find it right now. That should really be listed on the company website.
Computershare Australia does not act as the registry for the Nasdaq ADR's, according to them.
