Jaded that is factually incorrect.

It is not standard procedure for the above named companies to not name themselves when signing an Offtake agreement.

SOE are not using the graphite just for themselves.
They will be processing and on selling to other end users.

The whole veil of an unnamed European Trader is nothing more than a cover for a middleman or agent to purchase the product and then on-sell.

Real contracts will name both parties involved and not hide behind a veil.
