Just bought another 8000 UNS this morning at 22.5 and wish I had more money available.
I am extremely excited about our current situation, because I wrote to AS in Jan 15, requesting such a situation.

Kevin Sellers was appointed as a marketing guru, but in early Feb 15, his duties were changed to Strategic Planning.
At the time of the submission UNIS had 7 supply contracts, each capable of supporting the company, with 20 contracts pending.
Since then silence, but much, much happening.
The safety syringe component has taken a back stage, but it still offers the only glass safety syringe in the world and is the future as clip-on safety is only temporary.
The Auto injectors and Wearables are more than a 'class above', with programmable injection rates, 'BlueTooth feedback', inbuilt drug anti counterfeiting, drug efficiency tracking and Health Insurance preference.
The Wearable has the only Catheter injection for comfort and irritation and infection control.
All UNIS products are a result of Pharma's requesting that they be invented to enable their latest blockbusting Bio drugs to be injected into the human body.
There has been a revolution taking place in the Bio industry, with Pharma's re-positioning and buying each other and building new plant worldwide to both produce the new drugs on an industrial level and also massively increase filling capacity.
I was requesting a strategy to create a huge 'short squeeze'. Envisaging biggest ever, with borrowing money to pay an early dividend.
The invention of the Imperium Pump is a huge game changer, because clearly it has the potential to offer better regulation of blood glucose than the natural body, because of its inherent ability to enable unlimited BGL monitoring whilst attached.
Because of its ease of use, its small attachment size fitting snug on the body, and all of the above Wearable small cost, it has the ability to make all existing pumps and auto injectors obsolete, leap- frogging the like of JJ and Medtronics.
You can bet the interest in buying the company is huge, because in time UNIS has the potential to sideline all the current syringe and AI and Wearables major players.
    Essentially they are becoming obsolete.
Between now and Xmas, I expect that UNIS will not be sold.
I expect that Unis will form some alliances and partnerships- Goggle- venture capital and electronics design, Sanofi- and others- a Master Franchise.
These franchises will come with large upfront fees.
Manufacturing production lines will be Licensed out world wide, to spread production sites, use existing facilities and just enable UNIS to handle the expansion.
The 'shorts' are still being kept high with the latest figures showing a increase.
The Institutions who must be involved in the 'shorting' are increasing their holdings.
AS has put $600,000 of his own money, not because he needed to, as he could have tapped the ATM.
AS is saying to the long term shareholders, in the only way he can 'that all is well. Hang in there.'
None of the 'insiders' are selling.
I was wrong in my Feb 15 letter to UNIS.
They will not have to borrow to pay a dividend.
They will have and abundance of money to pay a large dividend by this Xmas due to the upfront payments associated with the above.
An indication of future production was given 12 months ago in the prepared statement attached to the AGM, and so is now only 12 months away.

I feel that UNIS has received monies from either a milestone payment and or from supplied syringes as per contracts.
Although, supply  commenced in the Q1 16 quarter just passed, the billing and subsequent payment of those invoices would not have occurred until the Q2, which is exactly right now and I imagine that OrbiMed additional finance is now not required.
    All in MO
