The market has lost faith with iin so they will be waiting for some hard evidence they have learnt from their mistakes (ie meeting forecasts and making profit). With tax loss selling, traders who got back in too early and general market weakness there is a good buying opportunity if you believe in a turn around.

Unless a torpedo is fired from the ACCC I would expect them to eventually bounce back to over $1. There is some evidence for this in that according to the graphs on their web site they have already turned around their abysmal customer service performance. Hopefully customer service is a leading indicator to other facets of their business. With a change of emphasis from growth to profits, wholesaling DSLAMS and strategic alliances it could be a good story. The only questions are how long will you have to wait for the numbers to improve and what other surprises do TLS have in store.
