Still holding that 39c SUPPORT level. However, the inability of price to rally away is a bearish omen (Think the opposite of resistance where when price keeps on hovering around resistance, it is often a precursor to a breakout).
Price needs to get a wriggle on and SOON or else it could spell trouble.
