they need a lots of extra sales to repay debts and turn p/l around. one thing the board and the management haven't worked out is if they reduce their pay by around 20% per head, financial figures would have looked a lot better, so would the share price, which will, in turn, approve their pay rise.
but I guess they probably kind of work out as well, as they don't hold much stocks, they rather take real cash.
this is one of those stocks shareholders will never see the benefit of their investment even everything looks flush in annual report.
