jacka, this was ~15c before the "game changing" Ann's with the Chinese, to whom equity was suggested at 50c. Then they did a honkers placement @ 35c a few weeks later. I say now, what I said then, if the Chinese "deals" were "ON", that wouldn't have happened. They would have nailed it to the boards, there and then.
Extended DD for "Chinese Partners", and DFS pushed out confirms IMO.
So for me, TON still operates cap-in-hand, at S/Holders expense.
