As you don't even hold the stock, questioning someone who does, for stating a preferred price on a particular date (whatever their reasons) is really pushing it.
But you're in here every day, slogging away, trying to cut holders down to size however you can.
Why would you care? Indeed. That is a leading question. Why would you care.
