I am an organiser & reporter thats all, once the legal team is arranged with funding terms agreeable they will run it, there may well be several legal teams involved, likely ASX ASIC & BOVESPA will have their own legal teams with varying investigations or issues to pursue.

so yes I dont want this, I was asked by readers to do this. I held MBN pre DOCA n post DOCA shares LT, I did not DT these shares, I hold long hold strong. The reason I hold is bc of the MBN assurances, statements, figures, FSs, AGM & Conf call statements.

I asked the CFO in may in the conf call if they would have us$100M cash at bank by dec, he confirmed it, he never corrected or withdrew that statement, that was not my statement but his. In August he stated they had sufficient liquidity, I never talked at all at that call...to blame me or us as unclever people is an INSULT!

We all relied on these statements of the company. Maybe the statements will be reconciled or discredited, we will find out, but the VA has not sacked the CFO CEO yet despite this so it means the mine is profitable, he believes in them running it, n he blames the CN holders for vetoing the us$30M finance deal...what other explanation can there be?

Sure different lawyers may have differing opinions, likely they see an argument to both sides, but NO lawyer would tell you...you have no legal rights or causes of action/defence and dont hire them coz its too hard expensive or time consuming!...so these suggestions are again duplicituos n facetious....the readers know their rights, its a free country not a communist dictatorship or

I asked others to help me run the class action n for others to nominate..many have emailed me who want to take leading roles with great new suggestions n contacts..I am happy to follow these up as its my $200K & your combined $7M as HC rebels too...we as shareholders need to work together as divided we fall..dont let these professional nonholding posters convince you otherwise.

its our money, our legal rights our shares..if we want to sue & we are told we can & have cause then who are you to tell us otherwise? Are you our solicitor or our litigation funder or our PR consultant.? No!

I have a 4th baby girl on the way due in 7 weeks with 2 businesses..ive got a lot on my plate, my wife tells me I spend too much time on here..I couldnt care about if you told me you had 5k or 5m shares or what your bank details are or date of birth, i never asked for that & i dont want to know that, to suggest emails registering for the class action can be used maliciuosly is outright ridiculous!
