Yep lots of Rhodies arrived in the 80's. The Saffas have been constantly arriving as SA slowly reverts to chaos (like all the other colonial states). I don't think it's just a dip in the early phase of the transition to independence. Bring tears to their eyes when they go back for a visit. Still it to our benefit, they're hard working buggers.
