Thanks RUSS. I did not know the details of the greedy doctor case despite inquiring. The standard answer is they cannot comment whilst the case is running. So thanks again for enlightening me. The comments I made were more questions than statements and an attempt to enlighten shareholders as to the history and reasons for the massive dilution. Something I am damn right about.
Mostly my threads have been in support of management , trying to remove the view held here by some that dilution has been a fault of management.
I do not have a firm view on consolidation although I am leaning towards it. I think the share holders need a lot more information to enable us to make an informed decision. That is the point of suggesting alternative reasons for it.
