re: breaking new ground I think it's smart buying, f$@k i wish i could sell a property and buy a stack at these prices. Nothings changed, so what if there has been a few speedbumps, it's still loaded with potential. Actually i couldn't care less how low it goes, it will rocket on the news it will get in the future, no problem!
