They did not have the supply contracts in 2011. I don't think they had much of their product line developed in 2011. Griffin and Piper are using the Sanofi and Hikma contracts in their projections. The latest Griffin projection is much more conservative but still points to UNS becoming profitable without AbbVie or Imperium.

I said previously that UNS really changed direction when the COO came on board. He stated in an article I read he offered his then employers a business model similar to that of UNS. They turned him down.

Looking at the past and trying to put in some context UNS changed directions and headed towards PFS's, AI's, and WI's. If you read the summary from Root Analysis it suggests that UNS was placing themselves into position to take advantage of a vastly growing market place with very competitive products. Now with Imperium they enhanced that position.

I'm not holding management harmless for all the bad feelings. If you change the strategic direction of your company and don't inform your investors problems arise.

However management is no longer focused on the retail investor. Managements big goal from reading the job performance section of the 10K is improving relations with institutional investors. From what I have seen the institutions have been accumulating not selling so management is doing their job in that regard. The small guys have done their job. If HC was made up of the black rocks, and the morgans, and citigroup then anything posted here would have huge reverberations in York.
