Compared to the June update I think it looks like a $10.5k pay increase and I assume that the 200,000 options referred to in this are the same ones in June. Begs the question as to what has driven the need to increase now.
Hope that the corporate restructuring update comes through soon so we can see where the shareholder value is really at.
