Pb, Have you considered the possibility that the Novogen Board demanded GK leave immediately, even though no succession plan was in place, in the process removing without explanation the face of the company and the one person who had relevant clinical expertise; and having 'forced' the resignation, imposed a legal requirement that GK could not explain what really happened?
In this case, would you still allege that GK (deliberately, by inference) left the company in the lurch? Would you think that the Board had acted in the best interest of shareholders?
I suspect that the facts will emerge in due course. Until then, it might be wise to keep an open mind.
