Thanks for the reply V* I was just wondering if the bids are placed to give the impression of a working system or to drive the price somehow or indicate false interest in the stock, kind of like fake bids at an auction ?
Say for a 10c bid, what is the point of that? unless the expiry is open and the guy is busy on holiday. Or a 30c sell? I could place a 25c sell to recoup my initial investment and leave the bid open and forget about it and check back in 6 months but that seems like an odd way of doing business (I'm holding out for greater things BTW). I was really wondering it the unfilled bids affect the "market" in any way.
