ORS has 248mil shares, Ian has 102mil, leave rest 146mil.
ORS has 170mil in total AYC shares, Ian wants to give rest shareholders 2 for 5, that's 58.4mil in total AYC shares, he keeps himself 111.6mil and 56mil options.

so he wants 60% ORS shareholders to share only 34% AYC shares, and his own 40% ORS going to have 66% AYC shares and 100% AYCO???? and he pays you 0.0055c for compensation???

I will start to buy AYC now, obviously Ian must believe it should worth more than where it is now.
