Its my understanding that DH recent change of position was set in motion about a year ago. Clearly we are not firing on all 8 cylinders but we are in the typical difficult transitionary stage of moving from explorer to producer. Rome wasnt built in a day. DH experience as a Geo got him as far as he could go, no to bring in someone who can move us forward while DH focusses on his strengths.
