    Surely a takeover bid is not going to happen. Yet.

    Remember that MOX(MEU's older brother) ran from 30 cents to $1.80 in a couple of days years ago, so these companies know how to produce pretty pictures when required.

    If SIR could run from 5 cents to $5, then it is not out of the question that MEU could run from 1.6 cents to say $3
