The problem CTR have got here gassed is that in order for any LT holders to potentially get back any $$ they have to participate in the cap raise...now if you held 1mil shares in old money that is now worth 10,000 after the crunch which doesn't give you much buying power even if you were crazy enough to throw more money at this thing.
They went too far on the consolidation, it was a very poor decision and its made a lot of SH bitter and also left no motivation for SH to support CTR in any form as they would rather loose their $800 worth of shares than see these guys make more cash from the next "great project"
Some consideration for option holders or a show of good faith for LT holders would go a long way but Im not going to hold my breath on that one.
I'm sure LAR have someone lined up for the JV! look forward to seeing what transpires there!!
