Could someone explain this POK to me please, page-3

1. Who is doing the Prospectus Raising of $10 mil Offer, which Broker (S) ?
2. Are there any restrictions to apply for these shares? e.g.: Only S708's or only Instos etc.

Its good to know that when it resists under chapters 1 and 2, we can expect a floor price of what ever the last Trading Price under the Ticker POK as they are 1 for 1 . cheers
