I would rather look at the market cap than any other parameter. A company that issues more shares does not go up just because it has more shares, it usually goes down proportionately. If it issues more shares and goes up it means something is up...
A lot of dufusses around here. maybe mods can close this crappy thread. Twin has posted a link to an external site, that should be enough of a reason! But they will laugh if they click on it.
