As soon as DNA-Star Vegas demonstrated the capacity to generate growth (via Hang Sheng deal) this was always going to break back into a higher channel.
Star vegas was(is) a great money spinner, but it was a no growth asset.
It's now a money spinner with growth potential.
No growth potential- P/E of 6-10 is very fair...
Growth potential- P/E of 12-16 becomes much more likely
