Another problem is the timing and conditions of these incentive options is actually a big disincentive to moving the share price up now and getting our options exercised in Nov.
The exercise price will be the higher of:
(i) $0.60; and
(ii) 1.45 x the closing share price of the Company's Shares on the date of issue of the
Option
The intention may have been to keep the hurdle high in case the share price made more moves up.
But in effect its in Mark's best interests for the share price to stay below 40c until his options are issued sometime in December.
