I don't think this is anything to worry about. I would be surprised if there was a substantial move in the SP when it comes out of the halt.
As mentioned above it looks like there was a shortfall in the DRP. which is very common with all DRPs. It just means not all shareholders took up the DRP.
WAM have a well diversified portfolio and I have faith in its management & CIO. When in doubt just look at their historical returns, keeping in mind they generated those market beating returns whilst holding 25-50% cash.
