re: bresagen holders Hi, this stock is not something most would really be looking into especially with such low volume (not for trading) & with Biotechs out of favour for now (though this could be the next hot sector again?)

This post is for those already suffering long term holders who may be thinking they should throw in the towel, take a loss & go chase something else.....it's possible the future could brighten up a bit for BGN shortly but of course there is no guarantee that it will do or have any effect on the share price at all but.....

For those who saw my post last Nov on the OBJ forum about an UNLISTED Biotech company we had been invested in for 4 years & had just attended the 'dream agm' (where they told us they were being chased by some big Pharmas & expected to sign a mega deal when they had results out on their clinical trials)....

Well, many people wanted to know who the unlisted company was & even though you couldn't get any more shares in them I wouldn't state who they were (which caused some scepticism) but my reasons were because on the website of this unlisted company it showed they had become the largest shareholder of a relisted ASX Biotech company in order to have a way of listing their shares...

I was worried (yes I do have ethics) that some traders would have just started going berserk buying it up & it would all end in recriminations if results weren't good...

Anyway, this is NOT to entice non holders to buy as there is absolutely no guarantee that just because the largest shareholder in a company suddenly signs a big deal & has money to throw around that it would benefit the main listed company.......all I know is that this unlisted company (www.cbio.com.au) has had some incredible results with their trials & all the team is overseas for a month meeting up with some big Pharmas hoping to sign a mega deal .....it's been 7 months now since that meeting & hoping it is all about to happen (then I won't have to worry about the market blues) ....

Have a read of the last few lines of the Nov 05 agm on their website & you will see why it was exciting..... anyway, I have no idea whether BGN will be brought in as part of the deal or not as a way to have the unlisted shares listed (though BGN is also importantly doing the manufacture of the compound) so no-one should buy on this assumption at all but if you do already hold maybe it is worth waiting a few weeks just to see how it all pans out....noticed that someone keeps picking up the shares lately though....good luck to all holders....
