Yes, the market sentiment have spoken.
Regarding the announcement, I am tipping tomorrow but, not worry if it comes next week as the Chinese 19% official deal is about to hit the media.
Today, we've seen Portman and REED RESOURCES.....they surely are trying to capitalised on the news of China accepting the 19% hike.
Regarding the 60 days wait on Rio Tinto, I am very confortable in wait and think it won't take that long as Rio won't "muck around" especially if the assay results are more promising than expected.
And yes this is a NO BRAINER and a WINNER IMHO...but DYOR....
I'm hopeing to lock this one in the bottom draw together with FMG and MAH...:)
