I think it is reasonable to speculate that fast tracking is possible. They have already clearly stated that early termination of trial is possible if certain criteria are met, and of course the FDA would have to agree with any early termination of a Ph3 trial. So that demonstrates a willingness at least from the FDA to speed things up given the right evidence IMO. In the end the fast track status will depend on the results.
