Yep, the smoke signal for me was Otsana coming onboard via the placement and director joining. The resolution for approval to place $5M within 3 months of the EGM was the real smokie and then selling their stake in PYM was the nail in the coffin.
It would be interesting to know if Faldi holds any RYG. He may have participated in the Otsana CR but not have hit 5% to require a notice to be issued.
